One day Before a Public Holiday at Lahore Bus Station
Today story is all about what was the circumstances that a student would face when he/she return home just before a public holiday.and everyone else also on the way back to home...It was happen to me first time yesterday...It was a day before a general public holiday of 23rd March, and every student or office going people were want to go back to their native town...Because in Lahore their is a large part of population of Lahore are from other cities and come there for job or study purposes.
Lahore is such a big city...many people come there with big dreams to complete them with struggle & hard-working... I was also come to Lahore with big Dreams in my eye..I got Admission in one of the big university of Lahore ...every one know about It....The great University of Engineering and Technology,Lahore..From the Day I come to Lahore till yesterday I never go home before a public holiday it was such a bad or an adventrous day...
What happen with me yesterday?? I am going to explain...
I had taken my ticket to Faisalabad of 5:30 business class..But unfortunately I reached at bus terminal a little late..because of raffic blockage...our seat has been cancelled...then I decide to take an new ticket...The #halaaat of bus terminal was very poor....passengers were even sit on floor without any hesitation..........Waiting area was fully occupied...there was no place to sit or for stand...everyone was just gonna home a soon as possible.. there was so much noise that I cannot hear my friend's voice...In this all scenario a most worst thing happen to us...after a lot of struggle I got the ticket of 8:30....there was a tight checking at Lahore interchange....buses were gonna late from their schedule.. The bus of timing 6:50 was departure from Lahore terminal at 7;30 for FSD.....According to this scenario we got relaxed and sit in waiting area...at 9 o'clock we go to bus that was ready for departure to Faisalabad...They said to us this is a bus of timing 9:15...After hearing it...I was gonna mad...that we had missed our bus....... After a quick decision i went ticket counter and told the whole story to faculty member of terminal that what happened to us..Thank to God.....they helped to us...and give us adjusted tickets in the bus of timing 11" o clock...My parents was worried they..insult me about this nonsense behaviour of missing the bus....First time I wait for the bus more then 5 hours...a worst experience ever....I was so much tired after all this worst adventure...I reached home 2 o'clock in the night.....May Allah protect us from every type of in- convenience.....I now i am determine I never come out of hostel just one day before a public holiday...Thursday, March 15, 2018
Become The CEO of Your own Mind(part-2)
STEP 4: OBSERVE YOUR OWN MIND
The saying “Know thine enemy.” is also applicable to our relationship with our own minds. Just like a good leader spends his time walking through the offices, getting to know the employees, so we need to devote time to getting to know how our minds work day to day. Call it mindfulness, meditation, or quiet time. Time spent observing your mind is as important as time spent exercising. When you try to focus your mind on the in and out rhythm of your breath, or on the trees and flowers when you walk in nature, what does your mind do? If it’s like mine, it wanders all over the place – mostly bringing up old worries or unsolved problems from the day. And, if left unchecked, it can take you out of the peacefulness of the present moment, and into a spiral of worry, fear, and judgment.
Mindfulness involves not only noticing where your mind goes when it wanders, but also gently bringing it back to the focus on breath, eating, walking, loving, or working. When you do this repeatedly over months or years, you begin to retrain your runaway amygdala. Like a good CEO, you begin to know when your mind is checked out or spinning its wheels, and you can gently guide it to get back with the program. When it tries to take off on its own, you can gently remind it that’s it’s an interdependent and essential part of the whole enterprise of YOU.
STEP 5: RETRAIN YOUR MIND TO REWIRE YOUR BRAINThere is an old and rather wise saying, “We are what we repeatedly do.” To this, I would add “We become what we repeatedly think.” Over long periods, our patterns of thinking become etched into the billions of neurons in our brains, connecting them together in unique, entrenched patterns. When certain brain pathways – connections between different components or ideas – are frequently repeated, the neurons begin to “fire” or transmit information together in a rapid, interconnected sequence. Once the first thought starts, the whole sequence gets activated.
Autopilot is great for driving a car, but no so great for emotional functioning. For example, you may have deep-seated fears of getting close to people because you were mistreated as a child. To learn to love, you need to become aware of the whole negative sequence and how it’s biasing your perceptions, label these reactions as belonging to the past, and refocus your mind on present-moment experience. Over time, you can begin to change the wiring of your brain so your prefrontal cortex (the executive center, responsible for setting goals, planning and executing them), is more able to influence and shut off your rapidly firing, fear-based amygdala (emotion control center). And, this is exactly what brain imaging studies on effects of mindfulness therapy have shown.
STEP 6: PRACTICE SELF-COMPASSIONThe pioneer of Self-Compassion research, Dr Kristin Neff (link is external), described this concept as “A healthier way of relating to yourself.” And that’s exactly what it is. While we can’t easily change the gut-level feelings and reactions that our minds and bodies produce, we can change how we respond to these feelings. Most of us were taught that vulnerabile feelings, are signs of weakness – to be hidden from others at all costs. Or "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie." These bits of common-sense philosophy were dead wrong! Authors, such as Dr. Brene Brown, provide us with a convincing, research-based argument that expressing your vulnerability can be a source of strength and confidence, if properly managed.
When we judge our feelings –we lose touch with the benefits of those feelings. They are valuable sources of information about our reactions to events in our lives, and they can tell us what is most meaningful and important to us. Emotions are signals telling us to reach out to for comfort or to take time out to rest and replenish ourselves. Rather than criticizing ourselves, we can learn new ways of supporting ourselves in our suffering. We may deliberately seek out inner and outer experiences that bring us joy or comfort – memories of happy times with people we love, the beauty of nature, creative self-expression. Connecting with these resources can help us navigate the difficult feelings while staying grounded in the present.
SUMMARYTo be a successful CEO of your own mind, you need to listen, get to know your employee, acknowledge its contribution, realize it's nature, make peace with it, implement a retraining or employee development program, and treat it kindly. It will repay you with a lifetime of loyaly and service to the values and goals that you most cherish.

Become the CEO of Your Own Brain (part-1)
How You Become the CEO of your own brain
HI Guyz! How are you guyz??.......Today I have a strange topic for all of you....Can you control your brain??? This is a question comes in everyone mind.....Yes it is possible.......Today in a discussion with one of my colleague I come to know its possible and how is it possible....I will explain both scientifically and in religion it also happen in past.....As in past years of sufism when our great saints made some prediction about a person and that was totally right.....here I have a concept or a way how to become CEO of your own brain...So here it is: You may have tried to control your thoughts at one time or another. With the aid of self-help books, perhaps you really tried to “Be Positive” and “Show Negativity the Door.” And this may have even worked for a while. But sooner or later, you probably found yourself back at the starting point. I’m here to tell you that there is another way. And that is to become the CEO of your own mind – skillfully directing it to live in harmony with the other players of self - body and spirit. HERE ARE SOME STEPS TO CONTROL YOUR BRAIN STEP 1: LISTEN AND ACKNOWLEDGELike all good leaders, you’re going to have to listen to your disgruntled employee, and acknowledge that you’re taking its message seriously. Minds, like people, can relax and let go when they feel heard and understood. Practice gratitude and thank your mind for its contribution. “Thank you, mind, for reminding me that if I don’t succeed in making more sales, I might get fired.”
STEP 2: MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR MINDYou may not like what your mind does or the way it conducts itself. In fact, all that negativity can be downright irritating sometimes. But the fact is, you’re stuck with it and you can’t (or wouldn’t want to) just lobotomize it away. In the Book, The Happiness Trap (link is external), Dr Russ Harris uses the example of the Israelis and the Palestinians to illustrate your relationship with your mind’s negative thoughts. These two old enemies may not like each other’s way of life, but they’re stuck with each other. If they wage war on each other, the other side retaliates, and more people get hurt and buildings destroyed. Now they have a whole lot less energy to focus on building the health and happiness of their societies
STEP 3: REALIZE YOUR THOUGHTS ARE JUST THOUGHTSYou feel like your thoughts and feelings are YOU and so you accept them unconditionally as the truth without really looking at them. “I’m thinking I’m a failure and boring – gee, I must be a failure and boring. Well. Isn’t that nice? Now I feel really wonderful.”
In actuality, our thoughts are passing, mental events, influenced by our moods, states of hunger or tiredness, physical health, hormones, sex, the weather, what we watched on TV last night, what we ate for dinner, what we learned as kids, and so on. They are like mental habits. And, like any habits, they can be healthy or unhealthy, but they take time to change.
AS BUDDHA SAY! To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. As other three steps I will explain you Both scientifically and as well as in sufism in next blog!.....See you soon till next blog (Psychlogy Today)Saturday, March 10, 2018

My First day at UET Lahore
UET Lahore My Dream PlaceI was so much curious and excited when I got admission in the University of Engineering and Technology. I was feeling like a bird flying and swirling in a broader shiny sky. I have enthusiastically planned so much for my upcoming life of University. As my teachers and my parents told me that University is the place where you can prove your skills and build your desired career but with efforts and hard work. So, I am well prepared and looking forward for my new destination. My first day in the university was a memorable one. I arrived at the university via university bus. That half hour in the bus was kind of fun as well as embarrassing because I became the victim of ragging at just 7 in the morning. The bus arrived at the university at 7.45 A.M. The pleasing fine day finally comes and I stepped in the University premises with high resolutions and courage. I was feeling so happy and gazing the girls wrapped in the colors of rainbow smiling and talking around me. It was like everything is welcoming me with open arms and shiny eyes. I was bit nervous also but have composed myself with confidence and start exploring the departments. It is situated on a very large area and has many departments and grounds also. I rushed up to information cell to get all the details regarding time table, departments and rules. It was all very systematic and here I came to know that the new comers had to go to the University Auditorium for their orientation by 10:00 am. In meanwhile I met my college fellow. We then went to the auditorium there was a welcoming for the session 17’. A brief introduction of our University and semester system had given to us and the rules and regulations explained. It was quite boring as it is our first day in University So we expect adventures speeches. We met some more of our classmates there. It was a 3-hour session. After this, a University tour has given to us on University bus. Then we came out of the auditorium and our beloved seniors caught us and took us to the lecture theater for ragging. It was a fun session. We did a lot of things we never intended to do. It boasted up our confidence a bit and we interacted with our seniors which was a good session. It was almost 01.30pm in the afternoon now. Yes! The ragging session was a long one. Next, we went to ANNEXE because of its very famous Panga Shake. It took us 30 minutes to find the place. I, with Aniqa, when reached there, found a group of seniors. They start interviewing us and gave us a task to introduce ourselves in Urdu language. First, we thought it was a quite easy task but when we start, we realized that there are a lot of words in English which we don’t know how to translate in Urdu. Here I got a lesson nothing is easy if you don’t know anything about it. Then some of our seniors helped us and we completed our task. After that welcoming we went straight to the National Library. We were there till 4. I found a novel, “Sometimes You win, sometimes you (lose) learn” by John C Maxwell, to read. At 4’o’ clock I went to the bus stand, found my bus and sit on it. I finally reached home around 5. It was a fun day. I learned some things from our seniors and did a lot of things I never imagined I would do in public. It was memorable indeed!

My First Day at Career Insitute
Workshop on Game Developement
My respectable and honoureable Sir Umair invited me to visit a workshop at Career Institute. This workshop was on the game development on a website. He teaches us how to make cartoons or animated things using matter.js and P5.js. He uses multimedia to do practical work in-front of us.This could be an awesome experience of Career institute first time. Sir especially invited me to attend this workshop. This workshop was basically conducted for final year students to give them idea about final year project. The most Intersting part of the workshop was...it was two day workshop.I was free from college after Final papers and was going to academy for Entry Test Preparation. That was most hectic days of my life. But I still want to go to Career.
I was happy to go there because everyone was there of final semester and I was only who was in ICS. This all was happen because I was student of Sir Umair in 2nd Year.He taught me C-language as well as Html,CSS,PHP & Bootstrap.
